Saturday morning Connor wanted a donut from Sacora's so we drove to Czech Village. Afterward I took the girls to the van and pulled around for Momma and Connor... this was taken from the drivers seat. Our kid is definitely Czech 'cause he loves his pastries.

Alright everyone, my Dad was kind enough to point out I haven't labeled any of the twins pictures yet... Becky and I have trouble figuring out who is who right now... here it goes.

Addison is on the left and Emma is on the right. Given a choice we always try and keep Emma on the right and Addy on the left to help us keep it straight :)

Yesterday Connor, Addison, Emma and I went for our first walk around the block. The girls seemed to like it as they slept the entire time. Con rode his bike, he's getting quite fast. Today we went to the Doctor's for Addy and Emmy's first check up. Perfectly healthy!!! Addy weighs 6 lbs 3 oz and Emmy is 6 lbs 1 oz. They definitely don't miss a meal. All is well at the Brown household. We feel very blessed to have such a healthy, relaxed family. I'm sure the relaxed part will change in the future.

Our first family car ride

Connor prefers to dress up a bit when he goes to the pool. I like a t shirt/ board shorts and he likes oxford, tie and loafers. I think he gets it from his mother.

Last weekend Connor, Aaron B, Dean, Brian Anderson and I drove to NE Indiana for Justin and Brooke's wedding. It was a great time! We missed the girls but took full advantage of our "free time" :) Below are some shots from the weekend. Connor wanted to sit at the head table with us, Justin and Brooke were happy to accommodate.

As many of you know we welcomed two new additions to our home Sept 12; Addison Marie and Emma Colleen. Addison was born at 3:07 pm and weighed 5 lbs 15 oz and measured 18 3/4 inches. Emma was born at 3:08 pm and weighed 5 lbs 12 oz and measured 19 1/2 inches. Below are a few pictures from our time in the hospital as well as their first few days home. Things are going well and everyone is adjusting nicely. Connor is very proud to be a big brother and loves his "baby sisters". Becky is recuperating and becomes more and more mobile everyday, mainly out of necessity :) I know many of you have met Addison and Emma and we can't wait to introduce them to everyone else. Enjoy!

The train dropped us at the Vinton Depot where they had a caboose parked to play on. Anyone who knows Con, knows of his obsession with "boose's". I'm not sure what was better in Connor's mind the actual train ride or playing on a parked caboose. Either way he had a blast.

Connor and I had the opportunity to ride a real freight train from Palo to Vinton. An acquaintance of mine was kind enough to hook us up with a ride. Con was so excited when I told him we were going to ride a "choo choo train". The real things was even better.

Sometimes our man wants to sit but most times he wants to run, run the show that is.
